Tell JBM who you are and what you do for a living. .
JUSTIN:
Justin Embry, i'm 23, and i run www.TrafficGigolos.com
along with my "life partner" Mason Stedman.
JBM:
Tell us the story about the first guy you worked for in the
adult industry.
JUSTIN:
I first started working in the industry for a Kid named Greg
Rosebeary. We were a small giant back then. There were only
a few of us running 200+ computers & sending 250+ joins
a day to multiple sponsors... but those days are long gone.
The operation was running strong, but Greg took off to the
Philippines to find himself a wifey + check into some other
ventures.
He was recently murdered in Manila by
his wife =(
JBM:
Where did you work after your boss bounced?
How did you end up working for quickbuck? What did
you do for quickbuck?
JUSTIN:
After the downfall of GCI. I became a mexican for
a while and worked in a packing shed. It was okay though.
Luckily, i was related to all the bosses.. so i spent most
of my time sleeping and sneaking away from work to go fix
wisemans computer before he got his mac..
When It got the to point where i spent
more time at wisemans' than my real jo b... and after months
of me begging hooper for a job they showed me some love and
brought me on full time.
JBM:
What are some major points you learned about the business
while working for Ar lo and Ryan?
JUSTIN
If i told you what i learned from Wisemans and Ar lo... i'd
be ignoring pretty much everything they taught me =)
But I can say they taught me a lot of
good shit =) Cause we are blowing up at a pretty rapid pace.
Obviously we aren't where we want to be yet, but we never
will be where we want to be.. the industry moves to past and
we will always strive to be the best.
JBM:
How did you meet your biz partner? Tell us the story of how
you and Mason put together the plan for Traffic Gigolos.
JUSTIN:
Okay so here is where everyone's suspicions are confirmed.
That i am the biggest geek on the planet. I met my business
partner playing a game called starcraft, and then we moved
on to warcraft and a couple other games. After having no lives
and doing nothing but playing computer games together for
5+ years. We started talking about financial stuff, and i
found out that he was a financial genius. Anyways.. he mentioned
having money to invest and we decided to fly out to vegas
to hang out. Had to make sure we actually got along .. since
we had only talked on the internet.
We clicked, and talked about a bunch of
opportunities i seen in this business. I've always seen a
lot of potential in it, but i know me... and i knew that I
couldn't do it on my own. After vegas, I knew i had struck
love. I had found my better half!
JBM:
How did Mason end up so rich, he's very young.
JUSTIN:
Mason inherited some money, and turned it into a WHOLE BUNCH
OF MONEY. He's only 23, but the guy is a financial genius.
He does a lot with real estate, stocks, and of course TrafficGigolos.com.
JBM:
Is running an affiliate program easier/harder then you expected?
JUSTIN:
Running a program is a lot harder than I thought. It's not
something I'd suggest for anyone trying to make a quick easy
buck. I started trafficgigolos.com not knowing as much as
I thought i did... but with people like Mason (forsaken),
Brett (dormbucks.com), Wiseman and Arlo from (quickbuck.com)
all their to help guide me.. it was pretty much cake! (other
than the 16 hour days i'm still putting in) I got to learn
from a lot of very different types of people. Yeah, i'm a
rip off.. i just take other people's outlooks on things and
choose the one i like best =)
JBM:
Who is your hero in the industry?
JUSTIN:
Dee from DeeCash.com. I'm convinced that he is taking
over the internet. I really admire the fact that he is so
young, but yet so motivated and professional. He's treats
everyone with respect, and tries to make everyone feel like
a king. I wanna be like Dee when i grow up.
JBM:
With new laws, new government officials, and new law proposals,
where do you see our industry going in the next 5 years?
JUSTIN:
I do not think the sky is falling in the industry as many
do... but i do think regulations will get a bit tighter and
there will be a lot less "free porn" in 5 years.
I'm not going to claim i've got a problem with that though.
I also think the people in it to make a quick easy buck will
be weeded out over the next 5 years. There will always be
some... but the strong will always survive.
I expect to see a lot less sponsors depending on third party
processors. Merchant accounts are the way of the future =)
Btw.. i heard from a little bird that trafficgigolos.com will
have their own domestic merchant next month. That's hot
JBM:
Do you have any plans in the mainstream market?
JUSTIN:
As far as mainstream... i'm happy right where i am
at for now. I really enjoy working with all the people i work
with.
JBM:
Tell us about Kayla Banks. How did you guys meet?
How did the idea for the site come about? What is your relationship
with Kayla?
JUSTIN:
What do you want to know? She's a great girl, and
a blast to be around. She's also about the biggest goof ball
i've ever met! It's cute.
As far as my relationship with her...
she still won't let me hit it. So i hate her!
Me And Kayla are friends from the same
hometown. She likes money, and we like money. So we decided
a site of her own would be a great idea.
JBM:
Do you have any plans for a gay solo male site?
JUSTIN:
Only if i can get Ian (why) to be my star. He's the perfect
twink mag.
JBM:
Time travel back to 98. What do you do differently?
JUSTIN:
Instead of working for the man (boy at the time).
I would have clicked up with the tech guy who i'm still really
good friends with and been the man.
I also would have fired wiseman. I hated
him =) lol
There actually wasn't much I could do
back then. I was still pretty young. I'm very happy with where
i am at in my life. I'm still only 23 and have plenty of time
to grow.
JBM:
How many kids do you have?
JUSTIN:
I've got 3 kids. Yeah I know .. a lot of kids for
such a young guy. I love kids though. I've got a 7 year old
boy named Seth. He just took 3rd in state in wrestling. He's
my little monster. I've also got a 7 year old daughter who
is 6 weeks younger than my son. She's starting soccer now,
my next superstar!
2 Girls pregnant at 15 .. that was crazy.
And then last but not least we've got
daddies baby =) Kaylee Jean. My 2 1/2 year old. I'm not her
biological father, but i've raised her since she was 2 months
old. So I look at her no differently than my other kids. Every
baby needs a daddy =)
JBM:
Tell us a funny story from your days in the quickbuck
offices
JUSTIN:
Ha, working with wiseman.. there was a funny story
everyday. But I think his wife takes the cake.
We got waisted together when wiseman was away at a show..
and i ended up getting with some chick... then after i got
mine.. the girl got all sappy on me and weirded me out.. so
i called my ex to come get me and took off and ditched the
chick and Ryan's with Jamie and a bunch of her friends.
Jamie tried to track me down all night to drop the girl off
at my house but couldn't find my apartment. The next day when
i checked my messages I had about 10 of them from Jamie telling
me i was fired and i better not come to work. So of course
.. i hid out, and didn't come to work until wiseman got back
and saved me! Jamie scares me! We are still really good friends
though =) She's the reason i hang out with Wiseman.
JBM:
Tell us about some new exciting things coming up
for Traffic Gigolos.
JUSTIN:
In July we are launching 21 new sites + adding $1.00
trials all throughout trafficgigolos.com. All the tours we'll
have a 2 tours. One for regular trials and then another one
for$1.00 trials. BAHHHHHHHH i can't wait... Or sleep =) To
Much work. Deadlines baby!
Although I got lucky and produced a network of sites that
all convert amazingly the 1st time around... this 2nd network
is FLAWLESSS. I'm really excited to release them.

We are also launching our 2nd solo girl site this month.
Rikki's a hottie just like kayla.. but for a totally different
bunch of servers. We are working hard to provide our affiliates
with every tool available. Also, i'm a strong mix of A.D.D
AND OCD! So you'll never stop seeing big things from us=)
