JBM:
Who is hotter, George or me?
Tera:
Shok you know better then to ask this, of course
it's George, his claim to fame is somebody once called him
a buff Brad Pitt.
JBM:
I realize he is probably standing over your shoulder so you
were forced to say that.
Where are you from?
Tera:
San Fransisco California, I try and go back once
or twice a year. I love it there, now when I go visit I can
actually appreciate it, expecially because I live in Toronto
now. Which is nice but the landscape in San Fransisco can't
be beat.
JBM:
How did you get started with the adult online biz?
Tera:
I had actually met and started dating Rich J and
he told me a bit about what he did. When the snow season was
over in Lake Tahoe I needed a new job and he had mentioned
that Xpics was hiring. It was the year 2000 and he said all
I needed to know was how to type fast (I can type faster then
the computer can think) and I had to know a plethora of dirty
words. Sounded easy to me, so I went in for an interview and
the rest was history. The interview was funny, I was laughing
because I had to type out dirty words in front of everybody
that was interviewing me, and it felt really weird. It was
fun learning how traffic worked and how to push it around,
I found everything very interesting and started taking HTML
classes and photoshop classes.
JBM:
What did you do before the internet?
Tera:
Right before I got into the Internet I was dealing
blackjack in South Lake Tahoe and working at Heavenly ski
Resort. Before that it was always various office jobs. Press
Packet work for Nokia and dictation for corporate meetings,
and I worked for a private investigator as well.
JBM:
What do you do at your job?
Tera:
Well I have done a bit of everything since I have
been here so long, I can say I definitly worked my way up
through the ranks. Now I do a bit of everything, support,
sales, PR, some simple dreamweaver and design stuff for exits,
train new sales people and basically keep up to date on everything
that is happening in our industry. I am always willing to
learn new things and change up my routine a bit.
JBM:
Ever been to a bj party?
Tera:
Yes and it was quite an experience. It was in Vancouver
and it was actually a Sic
Cash party with pizza and beer and I have to say it was
a blast, in the beginning. I think I went with Greg and Mike
Loewe. When the show started everybody ran up to the front
and was snapping pics left and right, it was a mad house.
I felt weird about eating pizza and watching people have sex,
as it started to reak like sex in there LOL. It got pretty
hardcore and pretty gross but I had fun, I left before it
got really nasty. I do have to say Greg is so polite that
he pushed me to the front and started yelling that I wanted
a better view and wanted to join in. I did feel quite liberated
though, not many people get to attend something like that,
that I know anyways.
JBM:
Give me your favorite memory from an internet show.
Tera:
I have so many memories, and half fuzzy memories
that it's hard to pick. The first show was great, I had no
idea what to expect and I had butterflies in my stomach. Everybody
was very polite and nice and I felt so important riding around
in limos and going to naked sushi parties, it was quite the
experience. Usually my favorite times is when you get one
on one time with somebody to either catch up or create a new
relationship. I love going to the dinners and the more imtimate
parties and suite parties. I have had a lot of fun times with
good friends and people that I would have never gotten to
meet in my day to day life, it's definitly been a great experience.
JBM:
Who do you admire?
Tera:
My mom, who else? She is a great woman that has done
a lot for me and always supported me, being close with my
family is very important to me.
JBM:
What are your goals?
Tera:
Right now I am loving my life, my personal life is
going great and so is work, I have never been happier. Right
now my goals are not so career oriented as they are personal.
I am at a cross roads in my life where I am growing up and
trying to be a better person and really concentrating on my
future. At this moment starting a base for the rest of my
life is very important to me, mentally and financially. I
can't wait to see what it brings, I would like to own a small
business, something creative. I am going to start refurbishing
furniture and flower shops are always nice :)
JBM:
Have you ever seen George naked?
Tera:
George runs around naked all the time, if you come
to our office, he can show you.
JBM:
When and how did you lose your virginity, please go into detail.
Tera:
Don't all girls loose it the same way? Painfully.
JBM:
Do you still have a boyfriend?
Tera:
Yes I do, and finding him has been the best thing
to ever happen to me. I don't think I knew what a truly wonderfull
relationship was until we started dating. Sometimes I feel
that he's all I need.
JBM:
God your such a girl.
What's new at GuerillaTraffic?
Tera:
Well lets see, we introduced a spanish site www.gringaslocas.com
and that is doing pretty well, so we are experimenting with
more Spanish sites.
We also did something that is free for all webmasters to use,
please go check out http://tools.guerillatraffic.com.
We know that webmastering can be full of monotonous and repetitive
tasks. We have taken many 5 and 6 six step processes and morphed
them into a one step click. These tools were originally made
for in house webmasters but they saved us so much time that
we released them to everybody. We have text formatters, link
extractors and many more, if you are a webmaster you must
check it out!
Also we have teamed up with a magazine called 40plus50plus
and are releasing 10 new MILF sites all exclusive content.
We are going to micro-niche the MILF genre. The first two
to come out are White Trash Milfs, and Miami Milfs. Next will
be Bukkake Milfs and Interracial Milfs. These sites will be
full of high quality exclusive content, we are very excited
about this release. Every member that signs up to any of these
sites also will be getting a free subscription to the magazine.
We are also re designing the http://movies.dailydirt.com
movie post and when we release that webmasters can get free
partner accounts with us.

Tera:
I peed my pants once and I have an affinity for olives
of all kinds, I don't descriminate.
JBM:
You were boobie set number 1 in the JBM Boobie contest, can
we get an updated photo?
Tera:
Well if I was to give you one right now, it would
be a good one, they seem huge today.
JBM:
