Have you been in a tornado?
TondaB:
Yes, multiple times. I have been lucky though...each
time it has came close but nothing ever hit my trailer park.
The famous tornadoes of May 1999, I believe that was the year,
was a very close call. It came within a mile of my double
wide and I hadn't got it underpinned yet.
JBM:
What did you do before online porn?
TondaB:
I worked numerous jobs all centered around marketing
and or sales. Everything from cold call phone feature sales
to apartment leasing; I have done it all.
JBM:
How did you get started online?
TondaB:
Interesting story actually, back in 1997 I was looking
for a job while attending college and ran across a job online
for a chat room hostess. After speaking with her on the phone
and an in person interview she ran a popular adult paysite

and was paying girls, like myself, $10.00 per hour to "chat"
with her members. I took the job and began to pick her brain
on how this industry worked. Shortly there after, both myself
and Brad Shaw began our infamous journey into the adult industry.

would be where we are today.

TondaB:
Good. My only problem was Zimm did not want to give
up his position as "Head Bitch in Charge". HAHA

TondaB:
Much like the legends of Big Foot, The Lochness Monster
and UFO's...there have been many "lift" sightings
but no proof has ever come of it.

If you were not working online, what would you be doing?
TondaB:
I would actually be doing what I went to school for;
a teacher or marketing consultant.
JBM:
Do you do anything non adult?
TondaB:
I tinker with Ebay and Gabe and I have been working
on several ideas that we know would do well given the time
and opportunity.
JBM:
What are your goals in this biz?
TondaB:
want to increase my knowledge of processing and
hosting. These are two areas of the business that I would
like to learn more about. Eventually I would like to open
up something of my own. For the meantime, Twisted
Cash is the next best thing.
JBM:
Buzz and Rachel are great, can you talk Rachel into making
out with me while Buzz watches in horror and tries to chew
through the handcuffs?
TondaB:
First of all, Buzz's handcuffs are dummies...they
are easy to get out of. Second of all, I'm good but I'm not
a miracle worker!
JBM:
How do you like southern California living?
TondaB:
I love it. The last three years of my life have been
absolutely wonderful.
JBM:
Who do you admire?
TondaB:
I admire those that are rich and successful in both
life and love.
JBM:
Whats the best advice you can give to a newbie?
TondaB:
Prepare yourself to work hard knowing that in the
end it is all worth it.
JBM:
Take us through a typical day.
TondaB:
I wake up wash my face and begin my day. First thing
first, I approve webmasters, answer support tickets, approve
admin changes, answer ICQ's/emails and check stats. After
that Buzz and I normally get on the phone to discuss the day
and what we each have going on. Then I contact current webmasters
and potential webmasters to stir up new business and check
stats. I break for lunch and I may run a few errands or do
a load or two of laundry. After I check stats AGAIN, I return
to several phone meetings and more webmaster support. Later
in the day, I try to make time to post on some boards and
check stats. Depending upon which day of the week it is, I
will normally have several specific tasks I need to do. For
example, code galleries, mail webmasters, update site lists,
add to the news and check stats, etc. Around now it is time
for dinner and then back to the computer I go. In the evenings
I mostly ICQ with webmasters, check stats and do things that
are easy to do while watching my favorite TV Shows. Last but
not least I check my email again and go to bed:) Did I mention
I check stats? Of course this is a normal day in the life
of the Head Bitch in Charge!

TondaB:
I just recently learned how to fold fitted sheets!

TondaB:
We recently added Pay Per Signup and Console Free
to every site within our site portfolio. In addition, we have
several new sites that we will be releasing very soon! We
are growing in leaps and bounds:)
