with a bit when hiring. How do you set a salary range
for a position? In the "mainstream" world,
this is a piece of cake. Salary surveys and information
are widely available broken down by industry, region
or anything else you wanna see. It's very easy to figure
out where a midpoint for a pay grade should be as well
as the range. In adult, near impossible. No one publishes
salaries, they're kept pretty close to vest. Everyone
wears so many hats that it's hard to define a lot of
positions anyway. Job descriptions would rarely match
up."
